The Eurocrane crane end carriage is an essential crane component that supports and connects the traveling mechanism, ensuring smooth crane operation on the runway. The end carriage is typically made of high-quality steel, with traveling wheels manufactured from 42CrMo material for superior strength and wear resistance, capable of withstanding various loads during crane operation.
The end carriage is constructed with a welded box section or rectangular hollow section structure.
All main contact surfaces are machined at CNC machining centers for precise alignment.
The crane's main girder and end carriage are connected by high-strength bolts. This design suits confined spaces while providing stable support for vertical and horizontal forces during crane operation.
Traveling wheels are made of 42CrMo steel, offering high impact resistance and extended service life.
VFD control ensures stable operation with minimal impact.
