Crane Power Supply System

Single-pole Conductor Bar System

The single-pole conductor bar system is a critical power distribution component designed specifically for industrial cranes and heavy lifting equipment. It provides safe, efficient, and continuous electrical connection for mobile machinery, ensuring stable power transmission across multiple phases. This system reduces dependence on traditional cable systems, lowers maintenance costs, and improves operational reliability in demanding environments such as workshops, warehouses, and ports.

Enclosed Conductor Bar

The enclosed conductor bar is a high-efficiency power distribution component designed for industrial and commercial electrical systems. It provides reliable and continuous electrical connections, ensuring stable power transmission with minimal energy loss. This component is ideal for applications that require an uninterrupted power supply, such as manufacturing plants, data centers, and large infrastructure projects. It enhances system safety, reduces maintenance requirements, and supports scalable power distribution layouts.

Cable Reel

The cable reel is a cable winding device that supplies power, control power, or control signals to gantry cranes. It is widely used in heavy machinery such as port gantry cranes and container cranes.

Key components of the cable reel include the motor, reducer, drum body, cable, and brake. The motor serves as the power source and is connected to the reducer via a coupling. The reducer reduces motor speed to meet drum operating requirements. The drum body is the core component of the reel, consisting of the drum shell, bearing housing, bearings, and shaft, with the shell typically made from welded steel plates. The cable connects to the crane through internal guide channels in the drum body. The brake keeps the drum stationary when the motor stops, preventing cable drop.

The product features corrosion resistance, wear resistance, cold resistance, and oil resistance, enabling operation in various harsh environments—such as altitudes up to 2,000 m and ambient temperatures ranging from -20°C to +45°C. With a high protection rating, it can work in conditions including rain and water splashing.
