Intelligent lifting, all under control

On the afternoon of June 28th, the 2024 Jinan Zhongjiu Exhibition · China Liquor Industry Scientists Conference, hosted by Winery Home Media and supported by the China Food Fermentation Industry Research Institute, was officially held. The conference gathered top technical experts in various fields such as wine flavor optimization, process innovation, intelligent brewing, mechanized production, and digital management to jointly explore how new models, concepts, and equipment will empower the high-quality development of the wine industry in the era of intelligent brewing. Eurocrane has won the "2024 China Liquor Industry Machinery and Equipment Invisible Champion" award, and Vice Chairman Yuan attended the forum meeting.

At the meeting, Mr. Yuan shared his views on the theme of "Science driven, Building New Quality Productivity in the Liquor Industry". He said, "If we want the people of the whole country to drink good sauce flavored liquor, relying solely on the original production capacity is not enough. We must rely on intelligent brewing to liberate workers from heavy physical labor and greatly improve production efficiency and capacity.

He proposed that the intelligent material handling robot developed by Eurocrane has four intelligent features, namely precise positioning, fault perception, self detection of startup, and data collection and transmission. The brewing process is actually a logistics process from raw grains to wine. The logistics process cannot do without the handling of materials. Meanwhile, the traditional brewing industry is actually the same as the traditional manufacturing industry, both of which are labor-intensive industries, and it is difficult to find brewing workers nowadays. The cooperation with Guotai is a natural choice made by both parties after understanding the industry's needs.

For example, in the process of stacking and cellaring, which requires the most physical effort for brewing, Eurocrane has assisted Guotai in its transformation. The stacking process has been changed from ground level to high-altitude, reducing excessive reliance on manual labor while improving space utilization and increasing production capacity. ”Mr. Yuan said, "In the process of brewing, besides material handling, fermentation is also a complex process. Simple grasping of things may not fully meet this requirement. Brewing robots also need to have a deep understanding of traditional craftsmanship and leverage the advantages of brewing robots without changing the nature of the brewing process. The customer's problem is our manufacturer's problem, which also gives us the direction for future efforts to better serve the brewing industry and enable people all over the world to enjoy the fine wine brewed in China.
